Tuesday, October 11, 2016 Valley Pride coordinated a project with about 300 young ladies and gentlemen along Garrett Way to spread fresh bark, pick up trash and generally spruce up the look of the Berms.  As a main entry way to the Pocatello/Chubbuck area, Garrett Way is one of the areas Valley Pride focuses on to make our city a more aesthetically pleasiberm-10-12-16-2 berm-10-12-16-3 berm-10-12-16-4 berm-10-12-16-5 berm-10-12-16-6ng place to live and visit.

I would like to say thank you to all of the Valley Pride Board of Directors who where out that evening to help coordinate the efforts that were driven by the individuals of the LDS Church. We would never have been able to complete this large task without you, never! And to the City of Pocatello for helping us move as much bark to the top of the berms to help ease it down the hill rather then us pulling it up the hill. It worked much better for us. And the City of Pocatello Police Department who placed the signs and put patrol cars out there to make sure that we were safe. Great team effort!!

    Thank you.
